Lobbyist Dr. Božo Dimnik and Tine Kračun new partners at Intermedius
Ownership reinforcements combine 22 years of SPEM Communication group’s experiences in communication and legal expertise of Nina Zidar Klemenčič, attorney at law, with rich business experiences of dr. Božo Dimnik and executive director Tine Kračun’s knowledge of international environment.

The ownership of Intermedius got reinforcements in the form of two new associates, namely dr. Božo Dimnik, the president of the Slovene–Croatian friendship society, and Tine Kračun, executive director at Intermedius. New associates joined the founders of the company, SPEM Communication group and Nina Zidar Klemenčič, as partners at Intermedius Ltd. Synergies, which will be achieved by combining 22-years long communication experiences of SPEM Communication group and legal expertise of Nina Zidar Klemenčič, attorney at law, with dr. Božo Dimnik’s rich business experiences and executive director Tine Kračun’s knowledge of international environment, will ensure optimal solutions for activity of business corporations in a shifting international business environment.
