LSPR Receives the Serbian Public Relations Association Award
SPEM Communication Group Holder of the LSPR Franchise in the Region

The London School of Public Relations (LSPR), whose franchise holder in the region is SPEM Communication Group, has received an award for its contribution to development of the PR profession in Serbia. Awarded by the Serbian Public Relations Association (Društvo Srbije za odnose s javnošću), the “PRiznanje” prize is presented to the most deserving representatives of the PR profession as well as businesses and organisations that excel in outstanding PR activities. This year’s award presentation ceremony took place in the framework of the annual PR experts’ meeting “Prijem 2006” in Belgrade on 30 June.
In Serbia, the LSPR school is managed by SPEM Communication Group, which is the LSPR franchise holder for the SE European region, and the likewise award-winning Belgrade-based McCann Erickson Public Relations partner agency. Organised for the first time in 2004, the school has so far educated over 120 graduates. In Slovenia and Croatia, the LSPR training has been regularly performed since 1999, whereas the school’s Bosnian and Herzegovic and Macedonian activities have taken place since 2000 and 2005, respectively. Over 900 LSPR graduates have successfully finished the courses in the above four countries so far.
The LSPR parent company was established in London in 1992. Following large success in the UK, the school began expanding its educational programme worldwide. Today, it successfully operates also in the USA, China, the Czech Republic, Poland, Thailand, Russia, Singapore, Turkey, India, Malaysia, Lithuania, and Latvia. There are over 10.000 graduates from all over the World who have so far completed the LSPR education programmes.
