In SPEM Communication group we created ORGANISCOP – a research tool for:
- assessing the culture of an organisation,
- assessing the climate of an organisation,
- measuring employee satisfaction and
- assessing the lever of information the employees posses.
The results of the ORGANISCOP offer the client extremely accurate instructions on how to change the organisational culture in a most cost-effective way. Additionally it can be used to improve the organisational climate, employee satisfaction and the information flow.
