Investor relations
Each and every organization requires financial resources for its development. They are acquired directly or indirectly from their financial publics. Primary financial publics are existing shareholders and potential investors, while the secondary are regulative authorities, financial institutions, analysts, the stock market and financial media. Expectations of specific financial publics often differ from the need for information about an organisation. Therefore it’s the organisations’ duty to choose and implement various methods of communication that ensure long lasting and transparent investor relations.
In communicating with financial publics different communication tools are used: annual reports, shareholders assembly, letter to the shareholders, web site, shareholders’ gazette, appointments with financial representatives, analysts, financial journalists, shareholders, financial consultations, participation on financial symposiums etc. The goal of financial relations is to ensure fast, unbiased and transparent flow of information (business, goals) between all participating parties. These methods of communication ensure the organisation credibility, higher reputation and an easier access to additional financial resources.
