Internal communications

To fully satisfy a customer, devoted attendants are needed. But they can overwhelmingly occupy themselves with their social security, which is especially on trial in the time of globalisation and in the unpredictable environment. An individual, who is aware of his role in the company, who knows its objectives and believes that he alone can contribute the most to his social security, is of key importance for the company’s success.

Internal relations or internal communications are an assurance for maintaining good relations between the organisation and its employees. And this is essential for satisfying the customers’ needs. A motivated and adequately informed individual, aware of his role and importance in the company, is a guarantee for the very best customer service.

The most common tools, used for internal communications, are: internal gazettes, employee manuals, fliers, posters, billboards, circular letters, suggestion boxes, e-mails, intranet, guided tours (MBWA-management by walking around and CBWA-caring by walking around), open phone, internal radio, employee meetings, assemblies, appointments and other internal events, internal educations, new-year’s cards and presents, birthday’s presents, games among employees with rewards, management manuals etc.
